Nautilus Pacific Maritime Training Center Inc. (NPMTCI) successfully passed its 2nd Periodic Audit for ISO 9001:2015 Recertification conducted by DNV – GL

Nautilus Pacific Maritime Training Center Inc. (NPMTCI) successfully passed its 2nd Periodic Audit for ISO 9001:2015 Recertification conducted by DNV – GL in a virtual manner last 29 March 2021. This was officially announced by the lead auditor, Ms. Jessen Jay Reyes.
 
During the Closing Meeting, it was announced that NPMTCI has satisfied the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard from the focus area, “Effective Course Delivery and Assessment” having the ratings of 4 out of 5, without incurring any Non-Conformity.
 
The challenge given by the Auditor is for NPMTCI to continue to strengthen the monitoring of the quality objectives, which focuses the training performance, collection, marketing, etc.
 
The audit was attended by CE Michael De Guzman, Training Director, Ms. Rosa Fuentes, Quality / Human Resource Manager, Ms. Maria Isabel Male, Accounting Manager and Ms. Analyn Aurel, Registrar, with the support of the Owners Representative, Capt. Stavros J. Tiliakos.
 
The presence of the top management was a manifestation of the strong leadership and commitment when it comes to the effectiveness of the NPMTCI’s Quality Management System (QMS) and in driving continual improvement and innovation to provide Quality Training and Assessment Services amidst the pandemic and exceeds client expectation.
