Status Maritime and Hellenic Training Audit NPMTCI for QMS Compliance

Status Maritime and Hellenic Training visited NPMTCI for a QMS compliance audit and an ocular inspection of training facilities on March 6, 2020.  The 2nd party audit was conducted to NPMTCI being the training provider for Status Maritime.
 
The auditing team composed of Mr. Anjhilo Jose, QMR for Status Maritime; Mr. Jebsen Gamido and Ms. Maria Aimee Arot, both Trainors from Hellenic Training went on to verify compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards with specific focus on qualifications of training instructors, evaluation processes, applicable certifications, and schemes in feedback gathering and handling customer complaints. 
 
The team also had a short tour to verify status and conditions of the training facilities.
 
During the closing meeting, Mr. Jose expressed their satisfaction on the result of the audit.  In return, NPMTCI Owner’s Representative Mr. Stavros J. Tiliakos expressed his gratitude for Status Maritime’s continued patronage and committed to always accord customer satisfaction with the highest regard.
