NPMTCI, Now a PAMTCI Member

The Nautilus Pacific Maritime Training Center, Inc. (NPMTCI) becomes an official member of the Philippine Association of Maritime Training Centers, Inc. (PAMTCI) on March 16, 2020 by virtue of an approval letter signed by PAMTCI’s president, Ms. Maria Katherine Pauline R. Avelino.
 
Three days earlier, PAMTCI representatives including its Executive Vice President Capt. Diofonce T. Tunaca, PN (Ret.) and Secretary Capt. Arsenio C. Padilla Jr., MM, MBA visited NPMTCI for an ocular inspection.  The visit’s purpose was to prequalify NPMTCI which subsequently resulted to its recommendation and acceptance into the association.
 
PAMTCI serves as a hub where maritime training centers in the Philippines regularly convene to discuss, plan, and act on certain issues concerning the industry.  The association also serves as a platform to share best practices for members to benchmark from.
 
With its membership into the PAMTCI, NPMTCI through its Owner’s Representative, Mr. Stavros J. Tiliakos reiterates its commitment to quality delivery of training and compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements including maintenance of its certifications and accreditations to quality standards.
