It is situated in Aseana city, one of the most modern and fast developing areas in Metro Manila. It is within 5 min drive from Ninoy airport and within 15 min drive from Manila center by using the fast automobile route known as “Skyway”. 

Its facilities cover an area of 1.750 sq. meters 7^th floor. and 1450 sqm in the 11^th floor. The state-of-the-art training and simulator equipment along with the spacious and ergonomically designed classrooms/conference rooms and laboratories/workshops/administrative areas provide all the necessary materials and create the appropriate environment needed for the seafarers training.
