Capt. Noriel O. Cereno has been a Merchant Mariner for 19 years. He served as a Master Mariner on board in various type of ships such as Container Ship, Bulk Carrier, and Heavy Lift Vessel, Multi-purpose. He was a previous Training Officer & Training Manager in a Shipmanagement company.
Currently, he is holding a position as the Managing Director in NPMTCI and handles Navigational Courses and other client-specific courses
