Navigational & Tanker Courses Instructor
Capt. Rustico C. Pinili II has been a Merchant Mariner for 18 years. He has served as a Master aboard Oil and Chemical Tanker Vessels and has previously sailed on various types of vessels, including Oil and Chemical Tanker, LPG Tanker, Chemical-Gas Tanker, and Bulk Carriers during the early stages of his maritime career.
He is a graduate of both a Master in Business Administration and a Master in Maritime Education. Additionally, he has worked as a Consultant, Training Instructor, and Assessor for various training institutions, as well as a Recruitment Officer for a shipping company. Currently, he is the Research and Development Manager at NPMTCI, as well as providing teaching services for a variety of deck-related and STCW courses.
